NEW MEMBERS WANTED!

The work of any nonprofit organization depends heavily upon volunteers, and Friends of Hearthside is no different. In fact, we are ALL volunteers---there is no staff. That means that every dollar raised goes toward our mission, but it also means that we are always looking for new members to help us.

Since forming in 2001, we have made great strides in meeting the mission of preserving, promoting and serving as stewards of Hearthside and the neighboring historic sites. The more successful we have become, the more demand there is to accomplish even more.

Friends of Hearthside wants more members to join in our efforts---more hands to help carry out the many activities and more membership dollars to help sustain the organization! Our volunteer base ranges in age from young teens to retired folks, men and women, local residents and those from afar. Please consider joining us now as we kick off another year. We’d love to hear from you!
