All Dolled Up at American Girl Doll Tea



It was a sell-out and certainly newsworthy! Hearthside made front page news in the Providence Journal the day after the American Girl Doll Tea Party at Hearthside on June 5, 2011. Not only that, a video was made at the Tea and may be viewed on projo.com by clicking on the link above.

Over 100 girls and their moms and grandmas came "all dolled up" with their favorite American Girl Doll in tow. Most were dressed identical to their dolls, even down to one girl having a cast on her broken arm and her doll having a matching one. As you can see in the video, they were totally in awe being in this beautiful old house and learning about what life used to be like for little girls growing up in such a house. It truly is one of our favorite events to host at Hearthside!
