HEARTHSIDE GETS A NEW ROOF

Just in time for the onset of the 2011 winter season, Hearthside has received a new roof. With a grant from the 1772 Foundation and funds appropriated by the Town of Lincoln, Architectural Preservation Group of Warwick was hired to do the work after a public bid process this summer. A good deal of preservation work was required on the 200-year old building to support the new roof. Additional work will continue in order to restore the interior spaces after the water damage sustained during last winter.
