The 1695 Arnold House, also located on Great Road, was the site
for the June 2003 Winetasting event hosted by Pat and Don Hysko
at their home. The event was a fundraiser
for Hearthside.
An attractive array of tasty colonial appetizers complemented
the wines.
A variety of old-fashioned wines and beers were served.
The rainy day didn’t seem the dampen the spirits of this couple.
Guest speaker Ed Korry, Chairman of Beverage at Johnson & Wales
University, discussed the evolution of wines through the colonial period
to today.
