Help Save History
Although Hearthside and the neighboring historic sites are owned by the Town of Lincoln, it is our organization that serves as stewards for the properties—Hearthside, Hannaway Blacksmith Shop, Moffitt Mill, and Chase Farm Park, providing maintenance for the buildings, paying for insurance, furnishings, supplies for operation, and administration. We stretch our resources to the limit to preserve the properties and create events and educational programming that bring history to life. The Friends of Hearthside is a small, nonprofit charitable organization, run entirely by volunteers and receives no state, local, or federal funding to operate. Please consider supporting us in one or more ways to insure the future preservation of this historic landmark and enriching history programs and exhibits.
